Shipping policy

We ship your order quickly, reliably and completely discreetly from Germany. Our parcels are sent in neutral packaging – there are no references whatsoever to CBD, hemp or our shop. This way your purchase always stays private.

Shipping is handled exclusively by DHL and Deutsche Post – of course trackable and insured up to €500. Within Germany, delivery usually takes only 1–3 working days, whether straight to your home or conveniently to a Packstation.

Shipping costs are €4.90; from an order value of €59 we ship free of charge. To make sure your order reaches you quickly, every order is carefully packed and handed over to our shipping partner DHL immediately after we receive your payment.

We ship abroad with DHL International for €13.99. You’ll also get shipment tracking for this.
