Refund policy
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal under the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but it’s not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or early expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not members of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the EU.
General information
Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. If possible, send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not return goods to us freight collect.
Please note that the above information is not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
