What is CBD?
CBD is the abbreviation for cannabidiol and is a compound extracted from the hemp plant. CBD is one of many cannabinoids that can be obtained from the hemp plant or from cannabis.

What is CBD contained in?
CBD is contained in many of our products. The concentrations vary in strength. With us, you can get CBD oil, CBD hash, CBD Flowers, CBD isolates and CBD Vape. These products contain different amounts of CBD. However, depending on the product, this is always listed in the product description. You can also get hemp food and hemp cosmetics from us.
What are terpenes?
Terpenes are what we call secondary plant compounds. They’re responsible for the typical aroma of plants. Depending on the strain and the growing conditions, cannabis also contains numerous terpenes that are developed to different degrees.
Is CBD legal?
Yes, CBD is legal. At the latest since the ruling of the European Court of Justice on 11/19/2020, there’s no doubt about that (ECJ, 11/19/2020 - C-663/18). Buying it is therefore also legal, since the active ingredient CBD and the related products are made from approved EU industrial hemp. How safe are your CBD products?
For us, the flawless quality of our products is the highest priority, and we keep testing them again and again. Our products are regularly checked by certified, independent laboratories.
Is CBD detectable in a urine test?
CBD (cannabidiol) can’t be detected in a urine test. Drug tests can only detect THC in urine. Since the THC content in our products is always below 0.2% and drug tests only react to a significantly higher amount of THC, this amount is too small to be detected.
Is CBD dangerous?
CBD is not dangerous, because it is a natural plant substance that poses no risk to the body at all. There is also no possibility of becoming dependent on pure CBD, nor are any dangerous side effects known. In Germany and also in other countries, CBD is considered a dietary supplement.
When can I buy the products?
We only sell our products (including CBD oil) to adults who are at least 18 years old. We also recommend that children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers avoid CBD products.
What's the difference between CBD and CBG?
CBD and CBG are both cannabinoids that are extracted from the hemp plant. You can find more info on this topic in this blog post.
Questions about your order
Can I also order my CBD products without a customer account?
Yes, that's also possible. You can place an order without registering. However, we recommend that you create a customer account. That way you collect bonus points in your points account and only have to enter your data with us once, so you can always access it quickly.
What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email after placing your order, please contact us by email at: info@cbdshop24.de. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible and send you an order confirmation.
Questions about delivery and shipping
How long will shipping take for my CBD-products?
The shipping time for our parcels within Germany is usually 1 to 3 business days. Depending on the season, shipping can sometimes take longer in individual cases. For international shipping, for example to Austria or Switzerland, the delivery time may also be longer.
Can I also have my package shipped to a parcel locker?
Within Germany, you can have your DHL parcel delivered to your home or to a Packstation for €5.90. For orders of €50 or more, shipping is free.
Is my CBD order insured?
We ship our packages with the reliable shipping providers Deutsche Post and DHL. Your shipment can be tracked and is insured up to a value of €500.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in neutral packaging. There will be no indication of hemp, CBD or of the contents of the package in general on the parcel.

What payment methods do you offer?
For an online order, you can pay in advance. To do this, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account after placing your order. As soon as the amount has been credited to our account, your goods will be shipped to you right away.

Why don’t you offer PayPal or other payment options?
